I’m Denisa, a dedicated healer, coach, and teacher specializing in Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness. I’m also a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher. My passion is helping people worldwide find balance, resilience, and a mindful approach to life.
I’ve guided audiences of up to 500 people, sharing tools for achieving work-life balance and fostering a mindful way of living.
Whether it’s leading mindfulness workshops for corporate teams or offering energy healing and mindfulness coaching for local clients, I tailor each session to meet unique needs.
On my mindfulness & spiritual journey I have also been inspired by influential figures like Jon Kabat-Zinn, Dr Martin Seligman, Louise Hay, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Dr. Wayne Dyer and Sadghuru , as well as my dear mentor, teacher & healer Mary Doherty.
